The Story of Solent Chalets

Welcome to Solent Chalets – a family-owned haven offering the perfect blend of comfort and modern luxury, nestled along the stunning Solent coastline in Hampshire.

Our two properties, Chalet 29 and Chalet 56, have been treasured by our family for over 35 years, passed down through the generations. Over the decades, both chalets have evolved, with significant renovations in recent years to provide an exceptional standard of accommodation.

Chalet 56 was the first to undergo a complete transformation, including a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, updated flooring, electrics, and brand-new windows and doors. In 2023, it received another refresh, with new décor, contemporary furnishings, and soft furnishings throughout, creating a modern yet inviting space for guests.

Chalet 29 was lovingly renovated during the 2020 lockdown, expanding from one bedroom to two and receiving a complete overhaul, including new windows, doors, and the addition of a new patio door opening onto a private outdoor space.

Both properties have been thoughtfully redesigned to cater specifically to guests looking for a relaxing, self-catering holiday experience. With every detail carefully considered, Solent Chalets combines the charm of a family holiday home with all the modern comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.

In September 2020, we proudly launched Solent Chalets to the public, opening the doors to these two fully equipped, beautifully furnished chalets for guests seeking a tranquil retreat by the sea. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the surrounding natural beauty, or simply enjoy the stunning sea views, Solent Chalets offers the perfect base for your next getaway.
