Can I Check In Early or Check Out Late?
Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our booking schedule. Please inquire at the time of booking or when your check-in details are sent. A small fee may apply.
When is Check in?
Anytime after 4pm, The Chalets are lock box access with the code being given out a few days prior to your stay.
When is Checkout?
Checkout is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this time to ensure the property is ready for incoming guests.
How Many Parking Spaces Are Available?
Each chalet has 2 designated car parking spaces for guest use.
Do You Provide Bedding and Towels?
Absolutely! We provide all bedding, a bath towel for each guest, as well as tea towels, bath mats, and hand towels to ensure a comfortable stay.
Why Don’t You Accept Bookings for Children Under 7?
Our properties are situated on a high bank that slopes down to an access road, with open-plan gardens and a virtual boundary, which can be challenging for younger children to navigate. For this reason, and because we do not provide toys, cots, or highchairs, we only accept bookings for children aged 7 and up.
Do You Allow Pets?
We’re unable to accommodate dogs or cats, as the open-plan gardens don’t offer a secure space for them. However, we do welcome smaller pets like caged birds and reptiles. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements.
Are Essentials Provided?
Yes, we supply essentials to make your stay more comfortable. Upon arrival, you’ll find tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up essentials, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent.
What Are Your Rates?
