• No Children Under 7: Due to the property’s elevated position on a bank that drops down onto an access road, as well as the open nature of the gardens, we kindly request that children under 7 do not stay at the property.

• No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

• No Smoking: Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the property and on the surrounding grounds.
